My position on the current debate covering pre-existing conditions and medical insurance is quite simple.  If those conditions are genetic then they should be covered.  However, if an adult fails to purchase insurance and then has some disabling accident that results in some type of permanent disability there are already laws on the books to cover such cases.  I know a number of people who are in these circumstances and receive government benefits.  I do however, understand the positions of both side in what will become a raging debate in the coming months.  My satirical look at this problem with the above images and captions, is just that satire.  And should be taken with a grain of salt.
