Venezuelan Breadlines growing as government limits sell to only it's supporters

The socialist government of the People's Republic of Venezuela has mandated that only those in good standing with it's regime will be allowed to stand in the long, long bread lines in Caracas, the nation's capital city.  Those not associated with the ruling party are not even allowed to purchase that state's dwindling supply of toilet paper.  The situation has become so dire, that numerous domestic cats have been seem running about the city in disarray with a noticeable brown streak down their back.
