The Emasculate state of Public Toilets in NYC

Just tonight, on the Tucker Carlson show, Tucker was interviewing a NYC councilman who was more concerned about Donald Trump's tax returns than what those who live in his own district (which includes Penn Station) have to endure each time they have to use a public facility.  It should be noted that the councilman did have some concern about the toilets in his district in that he just voted to legalize public urination.  Thereby relieving  the overflow pressure presented by the homeless on public restrooms.  I've been in public restrooms in Mexico and recently visited the Big Apple---they are now running a close second to the land of the taco!
